Mark has had a 25-year career in FinTech, Payments, and FIG investment banking advising on company sales, M&A and capital raisings for sponsors and strategics in private as well as public markets.

He built the FinTech franchises at Citigroup in Europe, where he completed over 20 transactions in the space and was head of EMEA FinTech, and at DC Advisory globally, after starting hiscareer at Bear Stearns and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.

Furthering his experience in FinTech and payments, Mark also serves as Corporate Development Officer at Unlimit and holds board roles at Orenda Finance and Paysecure.
