Juan has over 10 years experience in the execution of sell & buy side M&A, equity and financing transactions.

Before joining Transcend Partners, Juan worked in London at James Stocks & Co., a boutique investment bank, and in Madrid and Mexico City at the global financial and strategy consultancy, Duff & Phelps.

Juan has worked on a variety of complex transactions. At James Stocks and Duff & Phelps, Juan worked in Corporate Finance focusing on carrying out M&A transactions, many of which were cross-border.

Prior professional experience include positions at Banco Santander and Bankinter.
